Reclaiming a refund

Hi,

I need to reclaim a refund from an Ebay customer.

They have messaged to say they have received their item after I had issued a refund .

How do I go about this please?

You would have to send them an invoice through paypal but to do that you would obviously need their email address.

To send a paypal request for payment, you need either the Email Address of buyer OR Name (I assume their Real Name not Ebay ID) or Mobile number.
