Question Item specifics vanished in Selling on eBay DND

Item specifics vanished

I was told I had to add an item specific to all 35 of my listings a week ago which I did, I have just received an email telling me to add item specifics to the same 35 items, when I go to edit them the item specific has vanished, what is the point ?

Pop over to the Business Seller board in the Discussion forums to see if anyone else has had this problem.

If not, contact Ebay for an explanation - Help & Contact is at top and foot of any page. And for this situation, I'd recommend that you 'request a callback' rather than use Live Chat.
