Question partial refund in Selling on eBay DND

I want to issue a small partial refund to buyer as I over estimated the postage. I am afraid to click on Refund this Payment in case it refunds it all. I would prefer to send it to buyers email but couldn't find it this time. How do I find it? I came across it last time I issued a partial refund

Have you tried contacting the buyer through eBay messaging? if not, do so, Dependant on how much the overcharge is, the buyer may not want a refund, let the buyer decide.

Your honesty will be apreciated, and the buyer may not be worried about a couple of pounds.
