File Exchange - Upload for the day exceeded the limit

I keep getting this message over the last couple of days even though I have not uploaded any files. I've even tried a file with one line in it but get the same message. Anyone else having issues or do I need to report it to eBay customer services. Thank you. Martin.

Hi Martin.

What browser are you using...? If IE, it's no longer compatible with Ebay or any other website. I use Firefox, others are happy with Chrome or Edge.

If that isn't the issue, have you tried the usual stuff - logging out, clearing your History etc, rebooting your device, and logging back in...?

If none of the above helps, pop over to the Business Seller board in the Discussion forums, to see if any other business sellers are having this problem or can help you with it.

Thanks for your time. I'm guessing it's an eBay issue. Tried all the obvious stuff. Posted this on the Business Seller board too as suggested to see if I can find anyone else with the same problem. Thanks again. Martin.
