Question Selling ‘auction style’ in Selling on eBay DND

My auction style item was auto relisted, easy pricing was turned on and free postage offered, I do not offer these normally and confused they appear. I have one bid, item 3.79, postage 3.10, I pay. Sale is of no benefit to me if I pay postage, can’t change. Should I end listing and start again, don’t want a bad comment, or out down to experience?

If you have a bid you should not end the listing if you wish to, you have to cancel the bid first, then end , but you will pay a seller fee on the highest bid placed.

To stop auction items auto relisting, after selecting Sell go top right of the page and select the business / advanced listing selling tool. Ignore that it says it's for business and high volume sellers only, it isn't , it's for everyone to use.

That gives you more control over your listings, and you can untick the little box for auto relists.
