Offering BIN after a bid

Hi, I put up an item with a minimum £20 start. I have someone who made the first and only bid wanting me to take it off and offer him at a Buy It NOW price? Is this legit and is it something I would lose money doing?

If you end a listing with bids you pay a fee and get a defect on your account.

The listing has another 5 days before end, it could make a lot more...

you will also lose money on the stated postage..second class small parcel is £3.10 and if it sells for over £20. You need to send second class signed for which is £4.10 ...you cannot revise now you have a bid, nor can you ask the buyer for more once sold....
