Right to open up a case?

Hi guys as you know i recently bought a Munchen 74 and Espana 82 album and what i was hoping would be an easy transaction has turned into a bit of a nightmare. I bought and paid for both these albums - over £350 on the 25th January and so far have no idea whats going on with them. I have messaged the seller 3 times over delivery of both items but he has choose to ignore all messages. I have opened a case against him for both items as i feel i am being messed about. What do yous think? I wonder if others have had the same problem as this was the guy from Belgium who was selling roughly about ten completed albums.l

Im now very dubious about buying from abroad as i also purchased a loose 2002 set and album from Peru a month ago and the guy only recently replied after several messages stating he has "been in bad health" and that he will "post sometime next week"! - Unbelievable!

Alec if you have paid with pay pal then you will be okay and you will be refunded eventualy .

Darren have received a full refund though still waiting for it to clear in my account. Really disappointed in not getting them but felt with the money i spent it was too much of a gamble to keep waiting and waiting. Communication was non-existant from start to finish unfortunately.

Alec, I opened a case on EBay about this Belgan guy. Both albums eventually turned up after waiting a month. They were both in mint condition also ( Euro 84 and 88.) I would never deal with the guy again however .

Really glad they came for you ok pal they did look really good albums. However i too will stay clear of that particular seller in future - too much hassle.

Can anyone help me with this ? I recently bought an Argentina 78 album in superb condition which needs around 140 stickers to complete. What's the best way of me getting the missing ones ? I see you can get individual ones or groups of 5 on EBay but think it will take years to get them all this way. Thanks for any advice. Stuart

Stuart Argentina 78 stickers are selling roughly about £1 each (£2 for badges) at the moment with bulk buying of them saving just a little on this guide price. TBH 140 stickers therefore are going to cost u quite a bit of dosh which then you have to think if its worthwhile completing

Thanks for that Alec. Based on that guide price it probably is worth doing as I only paid around £50 for the album. If I got the other stickers it must be worth well over £200 as it is superb condition. Do you know a quick way of getting the 140 in bulk or is it just a case of buying a few at a time ? Cheers

Yeh, I saw his lots for sale. I got outbid on both lots, he was selling a lot of 340 stickers and I lost my bottle around £300. I'll keep hunting anyway, appreciate the advice. Stuart
