We have no access to your account have you had any previous restriction? Be aware if you have had a permanent or indefinite restriction that' s a complete ban, you will not be able to sell on eBay.

This account looks OK I cannot see any ' unregistered user' are you have issues listing?

Contact eBay Customer Services it's not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
