Parcel is stuck at customs

Hey just wondering if anyone has had similar experience? I ordered a pair of boots from the us to the uk and they were due to be delivered on the 3rd of June. The last updated location was on the 23rd of may and they are at Heathrow customs. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what did you do to resolve it as I really want the boots.

Was this sent through GSP or did seller send direct.

It may be that you need to pay import fees before item is delivered,

UK carrier will contact you to pay, refusal to pay invalidates ebay MBG.

You can open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date.

It was sent through gsp. I didn’t have this issue the last time I ordered from a seller who was in the states, but then again the courier they used was the Royal Mail and they emailed me to inform about the customs fee. DHL who this seller has used has not. Yeah I opened a case, however I really just want the boots as it’s not a brand I can get in the uk sadly.

If it was sent through GSP, then you would have paid import fees upfront, so shouldn't have pay any more.

You have 30 days from estimated delivery date to open item not received case, but don't leave it too late.
