No refund in 7 Months

Hi i bought an item on Ebay on the 9th of December with a 7 day delivery, every time i checked there was an delay with the item, i received a message telling me it will be sent on the 20th of January but still no item, i contacted them in Febuary telling them i want to cancel the order but the told me it was with customs, so i would have to wait till the get it back to them, we are now in June and all they do is stall, i took out a dispute but it timed out so i cant reopen it, have called ebay sooooooo many times but the robot wont help and put me to a human to help me, how can i resolve this, the item cost £250 its alot to me

Any help would be appriciated

You are far too late to do anything after all this time. The rule is you open a Not Received case as soon as the item passes the last estimated delivery date to get your money back, which would have been months ago.

I have a feeling you may even be too late to ask for help with your card company although it may be worth asking in case I'm wrong.

Ebay MBG is only for 30 days, so too late now.

Even your payment provider won't help after 120 days.

NEVER let sellers string you along, open and escalate ebay case within 30 days of buying.
