If you used Simple Delivery you are protected if items are lost in transit. That means ebay should pay the refunds, not you, when the buyers open a "not received" case. You get to keep the original payments. That's the theory, lets hope it still works in bulk.

I posted 14 items in Walkden Post Office, 7 via Royal Mail which have all been delivered.

7 via Evri, which it has been confirmed that the stupid counter woman put them all in a Royal Mail sack. Hence I have a tracking number but Evri didn't pick up, so they have not been delivered.

Evri won't get involved as they never picked them up.

Royal Mail won't deliver as they have not been paid for (Evri postal label)

Post Office say it was human error and there is nothing they can do!, just email customer service.

I've emailed customer service and have to wait two weeks for a reply!.

I'm now getting item not received messages and a couple of nasty ones asking me to sort it, I've tried and hit a brick wall.

Total value is around £300, anybody any advise please?. I do have a proof of posting.
