topic Return for a Refund in Member To Member Support

I recently purchased 3 mugs but ordered the wrong ones. I started a Return this item request.

All three mugs arrived in one package at a discounted postage rate. The return labels showed as 3 separate items each with their own postage. I returned all 3 in their original box and used one of the qr codes. Now I have received a refund for 1 mug (the one from the qr code) but not the other 2 that I returned.

Any advice on how to get the refund for the other 2 that I returned would be gratefully received.

Hopefully there is a solution but I cannot find any way to sort it.

The seller says that they spoke to ebay and were told that I should enter the tracking number for the qr I used in the return requests of the other 2. I can't see any way of doing this.

You were supposed to return them separately. That's the only way ebay can be sure each item has been sent back. But the seller can just issue a refund for the other two, if they want to.
