Postage for fishing rods

Hi,

I have sold 4 fishing rods and the buyer has paid plus postage. The postage was quoted by eBay easy postage or whatever its called and that's what the buyer paid. Trouble is the actual postage cost is 3 times the amount received. I don't mind paying the extra but why is there a limit of 150cm. A fishing rod tube is 195cm, surely eBay should know this and quote properly 😡Not sure what to do now

It's vital for buyers to check that they have the correct postage price and method set up on your listing.

Is it the 3 fishing rods sold today?

If so, there's a price of Parcel Force £13.63 showing. That's not an eBay Simple Delivery method.

Parcel Forces maximum length is 1.5m, doesn't the packaged length exceed that?
