Overcharge.

Blu ray. Advertised as £5.99 buy it now. Added to basket, bought a few more from other sellers then found out I was charged £35.99 and the price on the original listing was increased as well. See attached cpnversation about 'live pricing'. What xan I do?

If you paid, and you want a refund, you will have to return the item when it arrives.

You would have to pay for tracked postage, but that would still be less than £35.99.

You could also ask the seller to cancel your purchase - they may agree if the item hasn't been sent.

I have contacted them several times now with no further response for a return address. Zodiac blu ray. Over 30 for sale and they up the price by £30!

Unless the price of blu ray items has shot up for some reason it's possible that pricing it at £5.99 was a typo, which the seller corrected when they realised their mistake. It's a pity you didn't buy it as soon as you saw it!

If some sort of supply restriction is being exploited by sellers to charge artificially high prices this might be covered by eBay's policy on price gouging, but this seems unlikely. Price gouging doesn't apply where worldwide demand has raised prices univrsally - as in the memory upgrade I bookmarked for my PC a few months ago, but quadrupled in price withn weeks.

You can return it through ebay. No need to contact the seller.

Yeah. It is now the most expensive blu ray on ebay. Around £30 more than other sellers. I raised a refund request. Thx for your help. Feels like fraud.

When you receive the item, start a return through Ebay then you will get the return address and a lebel which you will need to pay for.

Sometimes very large companies simply don't respond to messages. With over 2 million items listed, I would guess they simply don't have enough staff to reply to emails.
