      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nooo, you should never close a case early on any promise or excuse the seller may make,&amp;nbsp; as now there's nothing to enforce them to refund you,&amp;nbsp; and you cannot open another case with eBay.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Turn now to your payment provider for help with your refund.&lt;/P&gt;
