Hi I sold a smart watch and before I excepted his offer I messaged him to say that I'm not sure if it works or not and they said OK just send it, they received it on 4th March they then sent me a message saying it dosent work which I explained to them stating that I did message them saying I'm not sure if it works or not, fast forward to today I now got a return on said item saying it is now a fake smart watch do I just refund him? In my discription I just said smart watch not a specific make

If they've opened a case for item not as described, you will have to accept, and refund within 3 days, or send a paid tracked return label, and refund when you get the item back, you'll then have 48 hours to do so.

As it's obviously not working if you wish to relist it , you'll need to say it is not working, not sure if it makes it a saleable item, some might want it for parts ?
