    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you don't return the item within the timeframe, the case will close in the seller's favour.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Personally, I would send it myself using a tracked service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then, contact Ebay Customer Services. Explain that you have used your own postage and get them to add the tracking number to the case.&amp;nbsp; (Unless you can add the tracking to the case yourself.)&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Returning an item</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a seatbelt from a vehicle breakers on eBay, the part was faulty and the seller gave me a postage label for return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no shops accept the courier that the seller uses. I called the courier and arranged collection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the courier is saying they attempted to collect the item twice, but they didn’t and I also checked the cctv to see if I had missed someone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the seller isn’t being helpful at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do I just post the item back myself tracked? Or continue to attempt to arrange collection from this questionable courier?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;the item is supposed to be returned by tomorrow, I’m not sure what happens when that timeframe expires?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any advice much appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then, contact Customer Services,&amp;nbsp; explain you are trying to return a faulty item but the seller has provided an invalid return label, ask CS to send you the correct label,&amp;nbsp; they should,&amp;nbsp; and they'll charge&amp;nbsp; it to the seller's account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Contact CS with the link below for a Call Back option.,&amp;nbsp; Try at 8 a.m. on weekdays as there's more chance of Dublin answering.&lt;/P&gt;
