I bought three items from a seller. They sent them in two packages and added the same tracking number to all of the orders. One item arrived within a couple of days, the other two arrived a week later. The first item to arrive was fake so I opened a return. I also opened a claim as the other two items weren’t in the box. The seller messaged me to say the other two items were on their way. When the other items arrived, they were also fake. I opened returned cases for these as well. The seller offered me a 50% refund if I kept them, which I declined. The seller asked me to send them back in one package, as they were sent with one tracking number, which I did. I have received a refund for the first item, but not the other two. Unfortunately I have no way of proving the second two items have been returned. I have pictures of the items packaged up and I have the receipt showing the weight of the parcel (which is far heavier than just a single item). The seller put his account on hold as he was on holiday. He is back and is selling again, but won’t refund or reply to any of my messages. There has since been feedback from other buyers saying he is selling fake goods. Is there anything I can do? If it was a low amount I could probably just write it off, but it’s nearly £100 and this scam seller is still operating. I paid through eBay with a debit card.

Thanks for any help/advice.
