hi , so the buyer said no and the item is now being return from authenticators but i think its my old address , when i sent item to them , ive updated my new address on here will the authenticators have it to send my item back to me or how do i get hold of them please

You can't get hold of the authenticator.

I don't know how they obtain your return address, they may use the old one.

This shows why it's so important to keep all your addresses up to date.
