    <description>&lt;P&gt;Item does not fit the description , got&amp;nbsp; completly wrong size of sneakers. Seller has negative feedback in passt, but last six months none.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So i am asking for full refund and shipping costs for sending back.He answered&amp;nbsp; ; Lets wait next week and then we&amp;nbsp; will sort this out...without explaining why we need to wait.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it smart move to open return process straight away? And how can i charge shipping costs to return item?&amp;nbsp; I am afraid of scam because its not a little money paid for this one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee is on every Listing Page. You have 30 days from the Delivery to Open a Case for Item Does Not Match the Description. The Seller if in UK has 8 days to generate a Returns Label through the Case. If he doesn't you can ask Ebay to Step in on day 9 and force the Refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Don't fall for any delay tactics by the Seller and don't Close the Case until you have your Money Back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
