    <description>Why is the Ebay system set so that when a item is undeliverable due to the customer not being at home it automatically contacts the seller when an Item not received is openened, stating rhat the tracking number supplied is not valid ? The tracking number is automatically applied when using the Royal Mail "Click and Drop service. When i click on the same tracking number it clearly states the reason why it has not been delivered.so know I have to waste my time contacting the customer to explain that he was not at home when the postie attempted delivery, the reason we use "Click and Drop " is because Ebay promote using a tracking system to streamline the system. Just another example of how Ebay thinks that business sellers all have time to waste due to their system being all but useless and customers that dont read the cards that the postie leaves for a failed delivery.</description>

      <description>My real issue is why the customer has not bothered to read the tracking number and the information supplied by the Royal Mail, if that had been done the answer was there and there would have been no need to message us.supplied</description>
