Awaiting payment/pending/ on hold

1st time seller my product has been sold but shows as awaiting payment on e bay & pending on PayPal . I ve read the notes about the above so do I send the product anyway? Not sure if I’ve been paid?

As a new seller your monies from sales will held by Paypal's blanket policy of 21 days.

Log into your Paypal account and find the transaction. If you see the instruction payment pending, OK to post / send, print postage label, or something similar, then you must post the item asap to the address shown there in Paypal.

If you send the item tracked and tracking shows delivery, enter the tracking number where you marked the item as disparched and Paypal will release the money in around 3 days.

If you can see it as Pending in Paypal you should also see that Paypal says "Alright to Post".

The Money will be held for 21 days , before it shows in the balance, or if you enter tracking on Ebay when marking as dispatched, it should be released shortly after it shows as delivered.
