Hi, a buyer purchased my item and i imported the data from ebay to hermes to print postage. I then had a email from buyer saying address was.wrong as he was in Portugal. He see the Global shipping address as wring even after i explained and sent him a ebay link about it. Now i have a request to cancel and refund him. I have no returns accepted so to get it he has said the item is not authentic ( a lie) where do i stand now? Will i get postage back?
