But you don't get any option to do so!</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>EBAY - just give us a contact option that is actually a contact. Not one that leads to loads of automatic answers that don't address the issue.</P><P>Some of us do know how to search questions and when we want to contact you, it's because the answer isn't there!</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>At one time there was a simple email contact (even though it was well hidden).
