use the drop down menu next to the item and chose 'end'

these eBay boards are not for giving help to facilitate off eBay sales.

Don't be surprised if ebay still charge their fee, they may think you have done an off ebay deal.
This is 1 of reasons you aren't allowed to list on ebay & elsewhere.

You do realise if someone buys the ridge tiles listed then they will expect all 14 for £3...........you needed to list with a quantity of 14 if you want £3 each

As you should not list elsewhere then you should not expect any help on getting you out of the mess you have got into. When you list on ebay you are expected to sell there and nowhere else. As already said any one buying the Tiles will expect the LOT for £3.
