consequently ebay has favoured buyer so i am out of pocket.

As a Business Seller you have to accept Change of Mind Returns for a period of 30 days. Once the Item is Returned to you, you Refund the full amount they paid you. Buyer pays the Return Postage.

Sorry but that is the law not eBay

As an online business you must return all the buyer paid inc the initial P&P and allow for this in your costings/business plan
