    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I sold boots that were in very good condition .buyer tells me they have a rip in them when opened I know full well they never had rip in them when I sent .them .packag pac was not trashed .I looked at the buyers photos .sorry but they are trying to pull a fast one what can I do&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is little you can do, if the buyer opens a case for item not as described.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So,&amp;nbsp; if your buyer opens a case for item not as described,&amp;nbsp; refund fully through the case details,&amp;nbsp; and within 8 days,&amp;nbsp; the case will enforce you to pay for that fully tracked return postage.&amp;nbsp; Do not refund until your have your item back,&amp;nbsp; or tracking shows delivery.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is unfortunate when this happens,&amp;nbsp; but eBay deem it the fairest way,&amp;nbsp; as no one can physically check items,&amp;nbsp; is for the item to be returned to the seller,&amp;nbsp; and a full refund given to the buyer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
