    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help it's around returns I sold an item and the person wants to return the item as they have said it's faulty. I've asked them to send the item back 2nd class recorded delivery and I will issue the refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do ebay send out labels for royal mail 2nd class recorded delivery ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dee&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ask buyer to open case for item not as described, you issue returns label through case, ebay charge you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only when returned do you refund all original money buyer paid.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to ask your buyer to open a returns case in the Resolution Centre.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will be able to send a prepaid label to them which will be tracked. As soon as you receive the item, or attempted delivery is made you will be expected to refund your buyer, which you should do through the case.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure you send a label before the case has been open for 8 days as this is when your buyer can ask ebay to step in. They could refund the buyer and tell them they needn't return the item.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thank you for your reply. Problem is I sent a message to the buyer asking them to send it back 2nd class recorded delivery if I send the eBay label now I could be paying twice. I did ask them to add the tracking number too. Kind Reards Dee</description>

      <description>Thank you I'm going to message them to see if they have posted the item back to me yet. It looks like the insurance coverage on the eBay label is pretty rubbish £25 is that right or have I misread it?</description>
