Hi, I have a heavy item to return that came by courier. Ebay have only provided me with a tracked 48 royal mail label and the item is too heavy for Royal Mail. How do I go about getting a courier or parcelforce label from ebay? I can't seem to find how to contact them an the phones are down today?
