    <description>I literally feel like crying, I bought an I phone for £600 and it was a scam and this was over a month ago. I appealed my case and only got a reply from eBay a several weeks ago saying they would sort it out and release my money back. Now a few weeks after that I messaged again and they said they would refund me in the next 48 hours.. now over another week later and nothing! No money in my account and now I can’t seem to contact them on the live chat. I can’t call them because I am abroad and i need this money desperately! Please has anyone got any answers? I’m absolutely furious with eBay and will most likely never ever use this site ever again!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How was it a scam.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you receive a faulty item of no item at all?.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What happened as that is important as to how you open a dispute.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the case is closed on ebay then it is usually too late&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To contact ebay you have to go to Help and contact at the top of the page then nearest to your problem and there may be phone or chat&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Chat is not always available but really if your case was closed without a refund you may be out of luck&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try opening the dispute in pyapal and escalating it as soon as you can but within 20 days&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have 180 days to open a dispute in paypal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>No you don’t understand, I opened the case and asked eBay to step in. And it normally takes 48 hours.. now nothing was happening for at least a week or more. So I did a live chat with them and the woman I spoke to said there had been a mistake and that they would sort this out for me ASAP. Still three weeks later.. nothing happened so I messaged again. Now this was over a eeek ago. When I message the second time the man I spoke to said the case had been closed that very morning in my favour and that I would receive me refund in the next 48 hours. However I have not. Now if I got onto case details it says the case is STILL open?! Somethings not going right and it’s extremely frustrating. When I say scam btw I meant that as soon as I paid for the phone I never got another message/reply back from the seller.</description>

      <description>No I agree I did not understand as you did not give full information.Your post is still not fully clear.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you saying you opened a not received dispute.Did you escalate it too ebay after the full 8 days. Usually that is enough to win your dispute. if you do not do it within the timelines then you would lose as the case would close.&lt;BR /&gt;You had 30 days  to open the dispute did you do it in time.&lt;BR /&gt;If it is still open is the option to escalate it there?.&lt;BR /&gt;It seems a long time as you bought that item on the 9th Sept &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the case is closed then open a dispute in paypal and escalate it as soon as you can but within 20 days.&lt;BR /&gt;You have 180 days to open it there</description>

      <description>look You could be a bit more polite okay. There’s no need to be rude. I have solved my issue now anyway and eBay has admitted they were in the wrong.</description>
