Someone bought a game download yesterday on my eBay account. It is out for delivery to my address, prob as they have downloaded it but I don’t understand that type of thing as I would Never buy that. All my details as are they were. I’ve changed passwords and user Id disconnected from PayPal and changed password to pp too. Changed payment card too. Is there anything else I can do. I am worried sick. I’ve told seller too. ANY HELP WELCOME. thanks.

Contact ebay by going to Help and contact at the top of the page then My account Someone has used my account

If it is out for delivery then you need to contact paypal too if as they used your account

This usually happens when you have clicked on a phissing email
