Seller will not refund

Has anyone had problems with sellers refusing to believe that they have not sent a refund? Does eBay protect buyers in these cases? This seller isn’t right in the head, it is obvious they cancelled the order and the refund is still pending. At the end of my tether, I need that money.

I am not quite sure how you know about the seller's mental health or what steps you have taken.

If the seller "cancels" through eBay then a refund follows automatically. If he has simply cancelled "in his mind" then you need to open a "not received" case in the resolution centre [link below] when the date for delivery is past. Escalate after 8 full days.

Do please remember that if you paid - through Paypal - using a card then the refund goes to the card. It does take some time I am led to believe.

Plus the seller can get your neg feedback removed.
