Anyone else having trouble leaving a reply to sellers feedback?

Each one I have tried tonight says I have left a field empty, but so far as I can see there is only one field to complete.

Help!!!

Hi, this is a long-standing issue about which eBay seem to be very busy doing nothing.

The workaround of choice seems to be to log into the USA (.com) site and manage feedback from there.

The feedback system rarely works as well as it ought to. Occasionally if a feedback comment doesn't register one way to get it to show up is to go to a different page - for example, by searching for an item on eBay - and when the search results show up on the screen click on the link to return to your My eBay page. Sometimes when the page refreshes the pencil icon will light up to confirm that feedback has been left. However, if this doesn't work then try logging off of eBay UK, log into one of the overseas eBay websites and see if you can leave feedback from there. That often solves the problem of being unable to leave feedback when eBay UK is playing up again and is not accepting feedback.
