Hi,

So today after seeking advice on these boards I have had to cancel & refund an order but when I hit the cancel order and issue refund buttton via eBay it flagged an error that there was insufficent funds in my PayPal account, which is strange as I haven't touched the money since receiving it.

So I've logged into PayPal and there it is the moeny from said sale, so I go to issue a refund via the PayPal site but says there isn't enough money in my account for the refund (something to do with a fixed rate fee of 20p which I' liable for). So I thought it would automatically top up the small difference from my bank account as it is all fully linked but instead it has sent a reques for the full £393.89 from my bank even tho my PayPal balance reads £393.69.

Why is PayPal trying to refund the full amount from my bank rather than my funds with a 20p from my bank?

I'm just worried that it's going to take that money from my bank and my paypal balance will dissapear too.....
