A couple of years ago I was permanently suspended from selling under a heading. Is there a way of winning them over? I have above standard on my board? Thanks

No an indefinite restriction is for life with no appeals

After 12 months your dashboard is bound to be above standard as you have no sales

adding to the advice already given -

Although you have 50 live listings you are heading for further restrictions by selling empty Apple device boxes.

such sales are not allowed as these boxes are purchased and used to sell counterfeit items.
