    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sold an item, buyer recd it but it was damaged. I gave full refund via paypal, how do i cancel the sale on ebay in order to get my selling fees refunded without ebay doing another paypal refund automatically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should not refund through paypal&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The buyer opens a not as described dispute and you refund through the dispute&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Too late now and as you say if you try to cancel after the refund you are asked by ebay to refund&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the seller escalates to ebay then they will do it and come for the money from you&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Contact ebay and tell them you have already refunded the money&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you refund through paypal you are left with the fees and a defect on your account&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All disputes should be done through the Resolution centre&lt;/P&gt;</description>
