Question Insertion fees in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Insertion fees

Been charged 3 lots of insertion fees for same item.

Background

1, listed my car for sale, sold it the buyer did not pay. raised non payer got final fee back

2, listed my car for sale again, sold it the buyer did not pay. raised non payer got final fee back

3, listed my car for sale for the 3rd time , sold it the buyer paid.paid final fee.

Why should I have to pay 3 insertion fees when 2 times the buyer never paid, that seems so unfair that I have to pay over and over for 2 non payers which are not my fault ?

Simple......sorry to say listing or insertion fees are NEVER REFUNDABLE !!

Thanks I wont sell a car again on ebay, it seems the power as listed is with the buyer, you cant even give them bad feedback for not paying and it seems little is done about them as the people who "paid" for the car have gone on to do the same to others.

The same applies to any sale on eBay

Business sellers pay 36p per listing on eBay & a non payer means they do not get that fee back........100 non payers means £36 in lost fees
