Hi guys, long story short. I received something not as described, I opened a case on ebay, we couldn't resolve it so I sent the item back a few days ago, I sent it back via the same address that was on the back of the envelope that they sent it, 1st class signed for, they signed for it on Saturday. I then asked eBay to step in today, I've just seen that they're return address is different from the address they sent it, so what will happen? Am I screwed?
