I posted 2nd class Royal mail. Unaforunatelly no signed for. The problem is that the Return request it is still open and ask me to retun the item. I can not mark as dispatched because I have no tracking number. The seller claims that the item does not arrived back yet. Can I have any advise please, what can I do?
