Hi 🙂 I've bought a jacket and have received one that's a different colour from the one in the photos. The seller is refusing to accept a return because she said she offered to post more photos when I asked a question about the jacket. I had asked if the sleeves were the same colour as the body and she said they were - so that answered my question and I didn't feel I needed a photo to prove it. What she failed to tell me was that the jacket she was selling was different to the one in her photos. Does anyone know how this sort of dispute usually works out? Thanks in advance, Roo
