I had to involve Ebay and went through the Resolution process which was found in my favour and Ebay refunded my money. The feedback that I did for the Seller was negative (see below). I have since checked that feedback and have found a nasty comment on that feedback from the Seller which is defamatory (see below). How do I have this removed or how can I answer it?
