Can't access 'my ebay'

When I click 'My eBay' at the top of the page I am getting a message telling me the page has moved or isn't available?

I've logged out and in again ,restarted my computer but no luck.

Is this a glitch or has the page moved and if so how do I find it?

Has it stopped working on Google Chrome ?
