Question Suspicious buyer in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

I have recently sold an item to a person in Russia and I am suspicious as to how genuine they are. I have checked their feedback and contacted the seller of the last item they bought. The seller has confirmed that they had no dealings with this individual. I have received the payment but am fearful that if I post the item they will then submit a payment claim back. Has anyone else come across suspicious transactions like this?
