Has anyone else run into to the RANK STUPIDITY of paypal & ebay - you send an item, record tracking info, the item is received & good feedback left - and STILL paypal blocks withdrawal??

You try and call them - and end up with some half-wit who is looking for tracking info.....when the item shows as being received ??? That is AFTER you manage get past their STUPID robot!!

Do Paypal / Ebay recruit staff with the lowest possible IQ - or are their systems deliberately obstructive?!!

Honestly, between ebay & paypal, their combined IQ is lower than a lobotomised donkey!

• When you look in Paypal (all activity) and it says "pending OK to send" then you must send the item

• Your funds will be held for 21 days in order to allow you to send the goods, for them to arrive & be checked by the buyer & for any possible issues to be resolved

That is tripe - as attempted to explain to ebay & paypal - the items were sent Gteed Next Day delivery, received AND positive feedback left.....so WHY am I expected to wait 7 days????

WHAT???? How does a buyer give good feedback on something they haven't received????

I posted the tracking #s for ALL items - and the systems have lost ALL of them!!!
