      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can't cancel, there is no facility for buyers to cancel and sellers are under no obligation what so ever to do so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should have worried about their bad feedback and the high cost before you purchased.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are worrying too soon.&amp;nbsp; If the item does not arrive on time,&amp;nbsp; or if it does,&amp;nbsp; and it is not as described,&amp;nbsp; as long as you paid with Paypal you are fully covered with their,&amp;nbsp; and eBay's 30 day MBG.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is the correct opening and escalating of cases,&amp;nbsp; that do eventually give bad sellers enough defects for eBay to close their account down.&amp;nbsp; Feedback is not taken into account,&amp;nbsp; as it can be left in error,&amp;nbsp; or even from a malicious competitor.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;• There is NO RIGHT OF CANCELLATION on eBay&lt;BR /&gt;• &lt;BR /&gt;• You can ask the seller, but they have already been charged fees &amp;amp; may have lost other potential buyers as a result of your actions so they may not agree&lt;BR /&gt;• &lt;BR /&gt;• If the seller was a UK registered business then you will have the right to return the goods by a tracked service at your own expense for a refund&lt;BR /&gt;• &lt;BR /&gt;• Bidding is a serious matter &amp;amp; changing your mind simply is not grounds to cancel&lt;BR /&gt;• &lt;BR /&gt;• It is likely that the seller will open an unpaid case to get their fees refunded &amp;amp; you would then earn an unpaid strike.......&lt;BR /&gt;• &lt;BR /&gt;• If that happened again within 12 months then many sellers will refuse to deal with you&lt;/P&gt;
