    <description>Has anyone encountered selling a good condition phone and then the buyer claiming it's full of scratches and the wrong gb and wanting half the price refunded?&lt;BR /&gt;My photo clearly shows my phone didn't have scratches.&lt;BR /&gt;Any advice would be gratefully received as I don't know what to do next.</description>
