It was advertised as good &nbsp;working order.</P><P>when it turned up it had scratches which were not mentioned, doesn't work if it isn't plugged in &nbsp;(as soon as plug comes out it turns off) and you can't get online with it.</P><P>I have contacted the seller and they said it was working fine before they sent it and that if it's only the battery then i can buy a new, cheap one off ebay or just use it plugged in ... i told them i didnt want to spend any more money on it &nbsp;and they replied with "well you got it at a bargain so it will be worth spending more money on" and then they said they will give me a refund but not till the end of the month.
