    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello we agreed with the seller to cancel the transaction. it is already 24hours and i was reimbursed only with GSP fee but not the item payment and the seller says it is up to me as a buyer to arrange to get the money. I paid via paypal and expected to receive whole amount back shortly. Please advice, thanks josef&lt;/P&gt;</description>
