Question Unable to hide a completed order in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Hi,

On December 16th I purchased 4 of the same item from a seller. Unfortunately, one of the items arrived damaged. I requested a replacement but, for whatever reason, the seller said that it was easier for them to issue a partial refund for the damaged item and for me to then purchase another, so that is what has happend.

As expected, the original purchase now shows a partial refund. Unexpectedly, the order also now shows as 'Payment Pending', which it isn't. Furthermore, the option to 'Hide Order' is unavailable. As such, the now completed order will sit in my Purchase History forever unless it is either manually hidden, or removed, by eBay tech from the backend or the coding is updated to correct the error.

As eBay appears to offer no option to report coding errors and such like, I'm hoping that someone from eBay tech will (eventually) pick this up. Fingers crossed!

*UPDATE*

It turns out that this is an ongoing glitch. However, I've found out that the listing should disappear after 60 days.

I will wait and see, but I won't hold my breath!
