      <description>&lt;P&gt;eBay do not charge for listings after sellers&amp;nbsp; receive bad feedback.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You had 178 completed listings.&amp;nbsp; Did some of these automatically relist?&amp;nbsp; This now comes out of your 20 free insertion quota and no other promotion.&amp;nbsp; To relist you need to relist manually for the listing to comply with the 100 a day promotions.&amp;nbsp; Also 1 - 5 day durastions are also excluded&amp;nbsp; from the daily 100 promo.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Reading your last negative feedback&amp;nbsp; if you are in time you can get that removed.&amp;nbsp; For a non payment you need to open an unpaid item case in the Resolution Centre,&amp;nbsp; close 4 days later,&amp;nbsp; your fees for that item are refunded,&amp;nbsp; the buyer gets a non payment strike on their account,&amp;nbsp; and you can call eBay CS Customer Suippoirt from the Help &amp;amp; Contact tab above,&amp;nbsp; and they will remnove that feedback and defect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have 32 days from point of sale to open that case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
